Heritage Green Community Trust

Providing support in the form of grants to community, educational or charitable organizations of upper Stoney Creek.

Over the past 21 years, the Heritage Green Community Trust has given to a wide variety of Community Organizations in the Stoney Creek area.

From the Stoney Creek Santa Claus Parade to the Friends of the Eramosa Karst, Camp Trillium, The Lung Association and the Heritage Green Community Trust Leash Free Dog Park located in the Heritage Green Passive Park in Upper Stoney Creek.

The Trust feels the area has a lot of very worthwhile projects that will benefit the community of Upper Stoney Creek.

Since its inception, the Heritage Green Community Trust has given funding to all the schools that reside within a 3 km radius of the Stoney Creek Regional Facility.

Some of the projects funded by the trust are Saltfleet High School’s Stage Upgrades and Mount Albion Elementary School’s new creative play structure.

By funding these projects and more the students at our local schools have benefitted tremendously.

The Heritage Green Community Trust has three legacy projects they are very proud to have been involved with.
